The act of editing the November AMA to guide the judges (Case at Fukushima Ward)
Hi, @NianticGiffard .
I have come across an application which contains an astonishing statement which I would like to share with you.
It is written in Japanese and I will try to translate it into English.
Additional information

It is difficult to see the Torii clearly on Google Maps because it is summer and there are many leaves on the trees.
You can see part of the torii gate. The structure can also be seen on aerial photographs.
It is located on the company's premises, but niantic has officially stated that "it is a restricted area on the company's premises, as long as it is accessible to some people" .

Please review.
The applicant has frequently brought up the "November AMA" and has included the URL in his supplementary information.
This applicant is, in my opinion, quite malicious.
The reason for this is that he has deliberately led the judges on the November AMA by editing the content of the AMA to suit his needs and posting it in the supplementary information.
Here are the English and Japanese versions of the November AMA, side by side for comparison.
As for (1) and (2), the applicant deliberately deleted them and did not inform the judges.
As a result, the impression is created that only information convenient to the applicant is given as the official response in the "November AMA".
(1)
”so long as there wouldn’t be objections ”
(2)
”we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations."
This is, in my opinion, a major abuse.
Very recently, I saw here that there was an application that tried to play us Wayfinders by quoting the "November AMA".
Here's the quote.
Please investigate this applicant.

Comments
Based on your translation, the information included in the nomination seems to be an accurate reflection of the rules and the November AMA. The part about "we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations" is mostly in reference to players accessing the wayspot in the games once it is approved, not about the eligibility of the wayspot itself.
"it is a restricted area on the company's premises, as long as it is accessible to some people"
If it's translated correctly, he's right. A wayspot can be in private property (as long as it's not a single family house or farm), as long as it can be accessed by some people (whoever works there, for example). It doesn't need to be accessible to everyone. The part regarding the objections to entering refers to whoever is nominating (ie, you shouldn't trespass to nominate something).
I usually quote these when applicable as well, because a lot of people don't know that PrP in Niantic rules refers only to single family houses and farms.
The link to the AMA was provided, anyone can and should fact check. No abuse here.
