3rd Party/Low Quality Nominations

Posting on-behalf of a friend's community.

They have recently come across nominations like this from the same area. I have already asked them to reject & choose the exact options but they mentioned that this nomination has come to review for the second time.

Also, there is this nomination from the same area and is misplaced. Correct location is here which is already a wayspot.

@NianticGiffard, I suspect there may more low quality and 3rd party photo nominations clogging the queue.
