Nominations Declined Already - But It Is Still Being Sent Out

Just so you know (for information purposes) this morning I got a nomination I figured was from a friend of mine. It was a pergola by a pool, which qualifies. I messaged him while I was reviewing it and he said yes thats mine but it just got denied. I had just started reviewing it and only a few minutes had passed on the clock. I was about to give it 5* which may have saved it, but I didn't get the chance. So realize the one you are reviewing may already have been denied!
