Why am I not seeing any nominations to review today?

A while back, I cut back on reviewing nominations due to frustration with the process. I have gradually started got back into reviewing a few nominations every once in a while, but when I attempted to do so just minutes ago, there are apparently no nominations left for me to review? I literally reviewed a handful before I started getting these
messages (which I have never got before).
I've always had plenty of nominations to review in the past -- including local and those from hundreds of miles away.
I haven't changed my settings. In fact, they have been left open since I understood that would provide me with more nominations to receive to review. I've logged in and out of wayfarer with nothing changing.
Not sure if this is a temporary bug, or a sign of a bigger problem with Wayfarer and how it presents nominations to reviewers in order to decision them.

I've figured out this is the 4 day cool down that some people have experienced. Ugh
3.5 to be more exact
