Upgrade stuck in queue

Hi! I have an upgrade stuck in queue for a few weeks. I have had a newer upgrade go into voting since the stuck one went into queue. Is there something I can do?

Same here, one nomination boosted stuck in "waiting" since few weeks. I got 4 accepted in between, all this nominations were more recents.
I add to my previous comment : the nomination stucked in queue has been submitted the 2021-06-17.
Propositions from the 2021-06-22 was in vote after the usual delay of two days.
Adding to this to increase visibility.
Nomination submitted from pokemon go was upgraded and it is stuck in queue for a week so far.
Nominations submitted from ingress before the upgrades were received could be upgraded and went into voting the same day.
New nominations from ingress face the same issue.
Also, for the resolution of the bug, @NianticGiffard could be please tell us what information we could provide ?
I join a screen capture, but I don't know how much this could be usefull (maybe there is specific link sharing for proposition?)

I applied "Upgrade Next" to this over a year old nomination about 2-3 months ago but the status is still "in queue":
“Upgrade Next” indicates that when you have earned an Upgrade, it will be applied to this nomination. You must still achieve 100 agreements or earn an Upgrade as a prize in order to Upgrade your nomination.

I was really wondering 2-3 months ago where did I may have got an Upgrade at the first place as haven't done any reviews/agreements, and don't recall getting an Upgrade as a prize. But as "Upgrade Next" does not mean you have an Upgrade it explains it :)
I've had an upgrade that's been in my queue for about a month. How do I get this resolved? This was an upgrade from the Russian Challenge. The others have cleared but this one hasn't.
