Insect houses: Are these eligible wayspots?

So I am reviewing from Germany and I get many wayspot submissions called "Insekten hotels" (see photo)
They are basically small wooden houses mostly hosting and culturing insects like bees. Are these eligible wayspots? I see a lot of them accepted in my city and they also appear as wayspots in under many submissions when I am searching for duplicates. I cannot understand the significance of these being eligible as wayspots, or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!

It looks like there are signs on the left side of this insect hotel, but the nomination would have to have a close-up photo.
This one in particular almost seems like it should be an exception to that. Every one I've seen before was very small, less than a cubic foot but this is a very large, permanent structure with a lot of variety. I'd honestly pass it even without a sign.
I can honestly agree on that. Its a great example of one. Looks well maintained and clean.

Yet we've got an insect house portal here
If they're large enough, like the one in the example above I'm happy accepting them even without a close up of the signage. Small shoebox ones would need a significant sign
