Missing nomination

I submitted a nomination on Dec 21, 2018 using Ingress. The submission name is "Brooklyn Love Street".
Today(!), Jul 9, 2021 I received "approved, but too close" email. https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=40.683161,-73.993016 (That's OK, I'm not disputing that.)
The weird thing about this submission is that the "review complete" email didn't have the usual Ingress letterhead and copy. Its wording is like very old, plain text emails we used to get.
Additionally, this submission is missing from my "Nominations" section in Wayfarer. I have submissions before and after it.
Please look into why it's missing from Wayfarer and see if there are any other old submissions stuck somewhere in Niantic's pipes.

Hello, this happened to me as well. 2 submissions from 2017 were rejected today:
The rejection email template is not even used by Wayfarer anymore (notice the wording is specific to Ingress.)
The emails were sent to the wrong address, which is a continuation of a serious issue I describe HERE.
These nominations are not visible in Wayfarer at all:
I also have missing nominations too! Yesterday, I saw them appear in my wayfarer nomination list but gone today!
I check with my email and indeed received submitted mail, maybe every people have this issue but did not notice.
