Upgraded nomination stuck in voting for a month

Four of my most recent upgrades have been approved (all within 5 days). But this older upgrade a month ago has been stuck in voting. I have never had an upgrade stuck in voting for so long, max was 1.5 weeks after the Russian challenge.
