He confessed that he had deliberately shifted his location. (Case at Hodogaya Ward)

Hi, @NianticGiffard .

Today I was in charge of the examination of a bridge on the motorway and I am sending you my report.

There are some points worth noting about this application, which I will discuss below.

In the supplementary information, in Japanese, it is written: "高速道路上に架かる橋なので位置を橋の上ではなく手前の階段にしました。”.

This translates into English as

"As the bridge is over a motorway, the position is not on the bridge, but on the stairs in front of it.

In the first place, it is just an overpass.

In the first place, it is only an overpass and is therefore subject to refusal.

The applicant confessed in the supplementary information that he had deliberately shifted the location.

I am sending you a report on this matter.

I noticed this on IntelMap.

It's a shame, but it seems that the bridge over the motorway, to the east of where the application was made, is already ONLINE as a Wayspot.

Title of the Wayspot:清水ヶ丘公園西橋

The number of highway overpasses in Kanagawa Prefecture where this application has been made is 331 as of 2014.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) of Japan has published a PDF file.

 (Japnase Only)

I would like you to investigate the following two points

First.

The applicant has deliberately confessed to the dislocation in the supplementary information.

Secondly.

About who applied for and who approved the Wayspot, a bridge over the motorway, in the east.
