I assume that Ghost whisp stand for Ghost Whisperer, a TV series (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460644/) that was filmed in Universal Studios:
(the video is not mine but it was made back in 2007 while Ghost Whisperer was still being filmed)
The thing is that the Courthouse Square where the series and Back to the Future movies were filmed is already a portal - https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=34.141423,-118.349824

You can see studio tour tramps passing by - that's where the photo was taken from.
The backlot of Universal Studios is filled with fake buildings representing different locations and different times that were used in various movies and shows. But this building doesn't look like it was part of the Ghost Whisperer series; whoever created this portal must have taken the picture after the tour guide's explanation and after the trams moved on to the next location. Please remove this portal.
