Thanks for writing back with the requested information, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
How long does it take to remove the wayspot in pokemon, cause it is still in pokemon go?

Thanks for writing back! We have given it another look and can confirm it has been removed from Pokémon GO as well. There might be a delay of synchronization in the process.
