Within my community they have turned to me for being a well-known ingress and pokemon player, we were presented with a series of unfortunate events regarding an unethical trainers / agents, they have turned to me to be able to make this post, and avoid removing this portal again, the normal Wayfarer has been performed and the portal has been approved 3 times, the portal is called Mural Shin-chan ( https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=-34.603886,-58.552293&z=16&pll=-34.603886,-58.552293 )
The first time it was approved (02/20/2020) and was deleted from the system 11 days after its approval.
The second time it was approved on (03/22/2020) and It was deleted from the system after 2 days, lastly it was approved a third time (04/28/2020).
we have also made an appeal for the removal of the portal on 03/06/2020. https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/9794/eliminacion-erronea-del-atractivo-del-portal-mural-shin-chan#latest The trainer / agent has also removed several portals around the same area and we ask for them again to recover them, we seek to prevent their future elimination

The players are approving it. Niantic removed it and denied your appeal. It's on private residential property. That is the reason it keeps getting removed. Please cease and desist re-submitting and approving it.
It got removed because it a mural within 40m of private residential property. This mural is painted on the garage door attached to a private single-family home. This is the third time you've appealed this location and Niantic has already denied the previous two appeals. If there is any abusive behavior here, it is strictly use repeatedly nominating an invalid object.
