Hello, I upgraded my 2nd stop and it got rejected. I detailed it here as expected and it didn't pop up like the others. (While someone had 3 of the same topic)
I don't mind if I'm banned for wasting time, I went through hundreds of reviews for the upgrade and I'll fight it.

If the other thread includes photos, then it's pending approval by moderators before it goes live.
I'm afraid that if you're trying to appeal a rejected nomination, then you're wasting your time. This forum isn't meant for rejection appeals, and in general it isn't possible to appeal a rejected nomination anywhere. Your only option is to resubmit it.
We all work hard to earn upgrades. Yes, getting a rejection sucks a lot and I understand your frustration. But your case is really not unusual in the least, and you will not get special treatment from Niantic for it.

I'm a little upset about the upgrade being rejected and now know how the submissions/rejections work.
It would be the tagging and the photos that went wrong. (I did try to avoid the inappropriate business name with the family name in the photos.)
You could always try asking for help in the Nomination Improvement section of the forums, where other users could help you improve your photos and/or text before your next submission attempt. Good luck!
