Australia - Playing fields / Sports fields

I am trying to get my head around playing fields or sports grounds.

In australia often Sports grounds are multi use. With Cricket, AFL and League using the same ground. And for some community playing fields. They will include an athletic track and all the associate athletic activities around it.

My point is this. The waypoint I get asked to review is for the cricket field. I look for duplicates. They are no duplicate cricket pitches. But an AFL field waypoint exists but it is at the AFL/League posts on one side of the pitch. Then there is one for the athletic track that goes around the same field. But the waypoint is now on the far side of the field.

I just feel there should a nomination option of Outdoor Sport - Playing fields. Then that captures everything.

It is a bit like playgrounds where people list each individual bit of kit. But the Criteria really only let you accept a nomination for the whole playground.

Anyway - do I accept a nomination for a sports field that is already listed for another sport?????

Thanks

And this one is also complicated by Sports centres

Do I duplicate the nomination as there are 18 courts and each nomination is for either one court or two courts and the whole area becomes 18 waypoints for all 18 courts. Then there is waypoint for the club house. And in one space you could have 18 nominations for the Netball centre and then 10 nominations for the tennis centre next door.

    ARGGHHHHHHH

Each individual is eligible on their own. We dont just review parks as a whole and not accept the play areas, nature signs etc as the whole park. Also as niantic has clearly stated if the nomination is clearly different it should be reviewed on it's own merit. If its 1 field playing 3 sports you have 1 poi for all 3 sports played on it

You should not be accepting 18 identical courts next to each other.

Wayfarer POIs should be of a unique intersting nature, not 18 duplicates of the same thing next to each other in a row.

As @Dazzz123456-PGO says they would be individually eligible, however that doesn't mean that they should all be accepted.

    Thanks guys

My comments re the playing field is that one playing fields can be an AFL field, NRL pitch, cricket pitch and with an athletic track around it. What people do is use the goalposts for each sport as the POI

Re the courts. Thanks. Re the courts. What made it difficult is that many of these waypoints had already been accepted.

I have rejected what I have been asked to review and am now more comfortable doing so for any in the future. Thank you@Dazzz123456-PGO and @Theisman-ING

I think if one sports field is used for multiple sports, it is still one field.

Another example is a soccer field in the summer that is a hockey field in winter.
