original POI was removed, what can i do to restore it?

hello, i live in a rural region where we already have few poi options anyway. now a stop / portal that has existed for ages has been removed. what can I do to have it restored? nothing has changed, he's still there, streetview also exists ..

Is it possible that the property owners requested its removal?

Is it in a disqualified location, such as on K-12 school property or a private residence?

No, the local residents don't know anything about this.
The poi is still there like all those years ago.
it can be reached from the sidewalk / the street and can also be seen well and clearly on the streetview.
It is a rural area, one side of the street is residential, the other is a field

Does the Wayspot meet any of the following conditions?

• No Pedestrian Access
• Obstructs or interferes with Emergency Services
• Private Residential Property
• School (up to K12; including Day care/Child care services)
• Permanently removed from the location
• Duplicate of another Wayspot

I will note that private residential property and school grounds includes anything painted on or attached to the outside faces of exteriour walls and fences along the property line, even if the object itself can be reached from the street or sidewalk.
