One of our few original POIs was wrongly removed, what can i do to get it back?

It seems to be a single family private house, and unfortunately it's against the rules, even if the owners don't mind.
This one is clearly on private residential property and is therefore not valid.
It is in a private residential area. Obviously not eligible.

Leider befindet sich die Schraube auf einem Privatgrundstück. Vielleicht gibt es noch andere POI, die man in deiner Umgebung einreichen kann?
Ländliche Gegend, gibt es leider nicht, die Schraube hatte nunmal zusammen mit Mast und Anker geschichtliche Hintergründe, aber darüber brauch ich nun auc nicht mit zu diskustieren.
Im Nachbardorf ist jeder zweite POI auf privatem Grund, Telefonzellten, baumarktstatuen, Fake-Spielplätze -> Geräte ausm Baumarkt im Vor- oder HIntergarten. Aber das scheint ja alles zulässig zu sein. Laut Niantic Support muss man erst die Eigentümer fragen bevor was entfernt wird.
Mal so mal so, unsinniges System ohne nachvollziehbare Regelungen...

In the neighboring village, every second POI is on private property, telephone booths, hardware store statues, fake playgrounds -> devices from the hardware store in the front or back garden. But it all seems to be permissible. According to Niantic Support, you have to ask the owner before anything is removed.
Times like that, nonsensical system without comprehensible regulations ...
Kleiner Tipp. Versuch doch mal die Radwegebeschilderungen z.B EuroVelo-Route etc.
Ingame melden und dann genau wie hier, nur mit der Absicht das Portal zu löschen. Musst keinen Eigentümer fragen.
