Nomination help

Hey 👋
looking for a bit of help on a stop I’m trying to get put into the game
I’ve tried twice and have ended up wasting my upgrade on them both
I asked on here why the first one got rejected which after a few replies I realised I did probably the worst nomination I could as I thought I could just nominate the park lol
Instead I nominated a unique feature about the park which is that it has stone animal sculptures in the bushes but it still got rejected (see pics)
After the first nomination I double checked the criteria and thought that this would be fine as it is a very unique thing in the park and has direct public access
not sure why this got rejected so and help would be appreciated 😊
I only got this upgraded today as it had been sat in queue for 10 days so at least the upgrades are working lol shame they take so long to get 😭

These look very temporary. They just seem like stone figures I could buy at a garden store and put in my own garden.
Rejection is correct in this case.
The main photo looks like some statues placed there for the photo, and the supporting photo doesn't show those statues. You must use the supporting photo to show the PoI and the surrounding area.
theyre held in the groun permanently with ground spikes
as theyre in bushes i thought it would be better to show that they were on public ground instead of just showing them and a patch of grass/them in the bushes thinking that people would think that they are just in somebodys back garden as they are garden ornaments that were donated as part of a community parks project about 2/3 years ago
The truth is that they look like objects placed there on time for the photo and little else.
It does not seem that they really belong to the park and are there permanently, that is, they do not move from that space to another.
At least in the photo it gives me that impression
I don't see these meeting any criteria. Even if they didn't look temporary, they're just decorations, and probably mass-produced. If this were original art, you might have something, but it sounds like they're just decorative, and being in a park doesn't make simple decorations meet criteria.
These look like common ceramics you can buy at a garden center or department store and therefore wouldn't be eligible. There is also the issue of their permanence because there have been more than a few cases where someone took a ceramic garden gnome and took photos of them in various places to create fake Pokestops.
They look like they are so small that they could be easily moved. I would reject this is I saw this in my voting queue.
In one of your posts above, you refer to them as garden ornaments, so even more reason for me to reject this.
How big are they actually? Next to the leaves, they appear to be only about 6 inches or so in diameter.
Hahahaha - immediate 1* rejection for this if I saw it - commercial concrete animals with no location reference visible. This is getting close to a fake submission for me.
