Abuse and Ridicule Flag?

I've just had one of my walkway/trail nominations rejected.
It's a lovely area surrounded by several lakes where they've just built a development in the middle. They've created several trails and walking routes to connect all the lakes. Put up permanent seating areas, created wildflower patches to attract bees.
Because the area is new built it's not properly reflecting in Google maps.
Was rejected on the basis of:"Nomination was flagged for targeting other players with the purpose of abuse, ridicule, trolling, or harassment."
I seriously have NO idea why that happened???

The only thing i can think of is either there is something in the supporting info/description that made someone select that, or someone selected it randomly
I believe that too. It seems as if most people will 1* & select other selection criteria. When this happens I assume it has to warrant a rejection reason in email. They have to list a reason so it selects whichever reason/s that were picked otherwise as well. Could explain a lot of these random choices that we see in rejection emails
Unfortunately we are not psychics. It is necessary to bring the application in full (photo, text ...) or contact licensed magicians and psychics
Google Maps may be outdated, so did you also upload a Photosphere using the Google Street View app?
Was that the only rejection reason? If it's third in a list, ignore it and pay attention to the first two.
