Play equipment keeps being duplicated

This playground, which is mentioned in this post is already in-game, as it appears below.
This second playground (which, unfortunately has the three exact same play equipment) is as appears below.
Below are the locations of each of the playgrounds. The one in-game is circled in green. The one in red has been duplicated twice already to the one in green.
There are two distinct photospheres:
For the already approved playground:
For the playground that keeps getting duplicated:
There are clear differences between the two:
- One of these playgrounds is located in a much more open field than the other one.
- One of them is equipped with barbecue facilities, the other does not.
- The layout of the three play equipment is very different (and it's not just a matter of moving things around or angling the shot, they are heavily anchorred into the ground).
People will often say that you should only have one wayspot for an entire playground, you can't submit separate pieces of play equipment, etc, etc, but these are two different playgrounds in starkly different areas.
If anyone wants to see the titles, descriptions and supporting statements used (like people ask often), here they are for each attempt as follows:
Title 1: Ex's and Oh's
Description 1: Two can play while riding on each of the rocking chairs. Spin to your heart's content!
Supporting statement 1: Playground equipment located in a communal area space of townhouses for all to enjoy.
Title 2: Tic Tac Toe Rockers
Description 2: Enjoy a game of matching noughts and crosses while swaying around in the rocking chairs.
Supporting statement 2: NOT A DUPLICATE of the other playground which has its play equipment permanently arranged differently and that one has barbecue facilities while this one does not. These play equipments can be seen in satellite view and are in separate open spaces for all visitors to enjoy.
If there is any way to assist in not getting this duplicated for the (n + 2)th time, it would be appreciated.

Well, first, why are you submitting individual pieces of equipment rather than the whole playground? That could make people think you're trying to get multiple wayspots for the same playground by submitting individual pieces of equipment (even though you're not). Call it something like "[Place] Playground South."
The second playground looks for all the world like somebody’s backyard. Even if there wasn’t another spot with identical equipment, based on what you’ve posted here I would reject for residential. The Google map view looks like a residence, too. Your text needs to include something about what differentiates the second location from the first, preferably in the title of the stop.
And the supporting description that leads with “NOT A DUPLICATE” makes me believe it’s a duplicate.
Well, first, why are you 'saying that?' , he clearly is submitting the whole playground (2 different playgrounds in 2 different locations) instead of submitting an individual piece of equipment.
The issue is that the titles sound like they are for one piece of equipment only, in particular "Ex's and Oh's."
Since you KNOW the tic-tac-toe thing is in the photo for the other playground, don't use a close-up of it as the focus for the new one. What I would suggest is lining up the photo for the new nomination centered on the same piece of equipment as the other. Then it is clear that the background is different. And I would use "street name playground" as the title to make it clear this is in a different location. If you want the cuter name later you can do a title edit.
Agree that the reference to why it isn't a duplicate of the existing playground makes me suspicious as a reviewer. The closest I would come to mentioning that the other even exists is to say something like "a second, smaller playground in the x community" but not so many references as to why this is not the same. Good luck!
