POI in my area that violate the guidelines - private property

Hello,
After I was not able to remove various poi that violate the guidelines through ingame messages or niantic support forumlar, I will try again here.
To see if it works better here, I first refer to an area near my home. for some there are streetviews, which will make things easier, for others you should be able to recognize it just from the object, the photo and the google maps recording.
If something is still not understandable, I will be happy to send in photos a few days later.

as you can see on the streetview, it is an old lore as a decorative object in a front yard of a one family house and is therefore private and violates the guidelines

as you can see on the streetview, the lid is NOT on the public sidewalk, but on the paved private property. In the summer months, the lid cannot be seen at all, as the owners place plants there for decoration. also single family house

painted garage door of a family house. is seen more and more often as a poi, but the poi is also located on private property.
2.) Spielplatz an der Stiege

this is a fake playground. the play equipment is located in a private garden. the picture shows devices that you can normally buy from amazon or hardware stores. there is no public access. as already written on private property.
there is also the fact that public playgrounds are shown on google maps. It's not this one who thinks bad ...
3.) Der Rote Esel Büderich

a deco donkey figure in a private front yard. You can always see him in the spring and summer months, less in winter. so even something sasional.
4.) Deko Telefonzelle

an old telephone booth that is used as a decoration in a front garden. as the name of the poi says: "deco". inside something else is put in irregularly. like the others before, private front yard.
5.) Dorfbrunnen Polderdorf Büderich

a stone well that someone has built in their front yard. can be seen from the sidewalk, but it is privately owned and also stands on the private plot of a single family home.
6.) Spielplatz am Dorfrand Polderdorf Büderich

also a fake playground. as can be seen in the picture of the poi, a bench and a slide. maybe you are behind the house complex. It is also unclear to whom this belongs or whether it can be used by several residents. the block in front of it is inhabited by at least four families. Unfortunately, the whole thing is not public and there is no way to get there or even to take photos.
7.) Schalke Esel S04

a donkey figure positioned on a private roof. not always, so also seasonally. the house is a single family house. it's a farming family, so their business is shown on google maps. As I said, the location of the poi is private, the poi itself is seasonal.
so, here I would stop and continue when I have received the appropriate answers here.

I would suggest you to open a post for each one in the proper section: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/categories/removal-appeals . You should post also the rejection emails for your removal requests.
Sometimes Niantic might review your request anyway, but if you follow the guidelines you'll have a higher rate of success.
