Labor Union buildings

I don't know if these type of places are good, I mean the pic, description and place are good, so I wanted a clarification about that.

This is a labor union on the city of Poza Rica, Veracruz on Mexico.

Union halls would fit under great places to socialize because union members go there to, well, socialize with each other.

If there is no explanation, it is a very difficult case.

In my case, if I can determine that there is no hall that can be used by anyone, I will deny it, just like the offices of public organizations (health, welfare, nursing, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, education, etc.) that are professional and do not interact with the general public.

If there is a hall that can be used even if it is managed and operated by a labor union, it will be considered for approval.
