My bench area on a bicycle path was rejected for being "Temporary and/or seasonal"
So I'm taking it out on swimming areas, seasonal activities and waterparks.
If you don't want seasonal stops, then why are there outdoor swimming pools, bicycle rentals, kayak rentals, nude beaches, rafting sports, rock climbing sports, waterfronts, golf, ski, surf and swimming tags if you don't accept temporary stops.

Oh, so YOU’RE what’s wrong with this system, knowingly and wrongly punishing other people who had nothing to do with your rejection.
I'm gonna start by reporting the golf club and outdoor swimming pool today.
I hope your Wayfarer access gets suspended. You’re deliberately working to destroy in-game infrastructure.
This behavior is the definition of abuse.
I'm sorry but the outdoor golf club and outdoor swimming pool gets buried in snow/ice during the winter, there are no room for seasonal stops.
It's in the rules, not a POI for 2 seasons.
A bench is TEMPORARY since it can be moved. Reviewers do not have the option to choose between temporary OR seasonal. The things you mentioned may be used seasonally, but they EXIST in that SPOT year round and are excellent candidates.

I would suggest you to calm down, read again the eligibility criteria as well as the rejection criteria and then open a new post in "Nomination improvements" so other people can provide you feedback about how to improve your nomination.
I gave up after reading a canned answer like "What makes a good spot?" "A hiking area."
I nominated some benches on a bike path with trash can/recycling bin.
The path has snowmobiles, skiers, hikers that pass by the the fjord during the winter.
I spent the summer looking at tags that aren't permanent and they're encouraged to nominate.
Taking out the phone by an outdoor swimming pool looks wrong too. There are kids...
