Submission Advice Please

I’ve submitted and then resubmitted a nomination for this waypoint, and now I think it’s time to ask for a little help.
1st time: Nomination is below, rejection said this: Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria, Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views.
I think I messed up here by not including the actual nature area sign in the supporting image. But I felt as there’s no street view here and the footpath is obvious on satellite it was key to get it in.
Nomination 2: I tweaked the supplementary picture. But Rejected for: Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views, Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria, Photo is low quality (e.g., pitch black/blurry photos or photos taken from a car).
I think I maybe didn’t help myself in that the second time round the actual picture is worse. Its a communal area/garden so meets the criteria for exploration, but I guess I’m falling down on proving exactly where it is located can anyone offer any further advice on how to get approved?

A photosphere comes instantly to mind as a way of helping prove the location ?
Any local news articles or local council web links to confirm what you have written about it being community run ?
I agree with you on what you've said with all the pictures and not showing the sub and the worse sub pic the second time.
Maybe try and get the sign to be bigger in the main picture, also dont forget pictures don't have to just be taken portrait, they can be done landscape as well to help "sell" the POI or confirm its location.
I think your main photo needs to be that sign, as legible as you can get it. Try to capture it square on, with as little direct sun on the sign as possible (it washes out the lettering, which is pretty faint to begin with). You *could* consider doing a little community service and repainting the sign so it’s more readable; you improve the area and get a better submission all at once. :)
I agree that your supporting image should show the sign in it (take it from way back and point to the sign if necessary), and I agree that a photosphere would serve you well. This does appear to be a valid submission, you’re just having a hard time proving it.
Thanks for the thoughts already. The point about painting the sign might be a great idea!
