"Sponsorship Benches" are generally not eligible. As a whole they may be eligible as a gathering place, but you did not attempt to sell them as such.
"Generic Bench" - not eligible. Check your e-mail for the 3rd reason, which people seem to ignore most of the time - "submission does not meet criteria".
I agree to try nominating the whole area and also see if there is significance worthy of mentioning the sponsors of the area. Often times there are.
