Wayspot accepted but not in Pokemon Go and Harry Potter Wizard Unites games 24h later

Hi all (I believe this is the correct forum for this issue),
About 45h ago, I had a Wayspot that was accepted. They appear in Ingress right away, but its didn’t appear in Pokemon Go and Harry Potter Wizard Unite. Today the Wayspot is still not in any of this two games (PoGO & HPWU)
. It should not be too close to another portal in Ingress or Pokestop in PoGo. I am looking to understand why this happened and how I can get the accepted Wayspot to appear in PoGo and HPWU games. I’ve had many other Wayspots accepted in the past so I do understand the rules of proximity etc. Thanks! (the red circle is the Wayspot should be in the PoGo and HPWU but its didn't).

It happens sometimes, it took more than 3 days to appear in pokemon go you can check later
It may also have been to close, as stated in the email. There is no separate "to close" mail anymore.
