hello,
i cannot rate portals. anything i tryed, failed.
excuse my english. i post 2 picture… every time i cluck the red/orange rate button, i get the message from the second picture. it doessnot matter if i chose showcase or rate. everytime the same.
last time i rated, it was the „old“ opr-website.
so my profile shows some acceptions from the old times
