Unjustified Cooldown

I'd not done any reviewing for over two days, just logged in to do some more and found i'd earned an upgrade....after choosing what to upgrade next and applying it, i went to the review section
The first one was a multiple photo edit which i did and pressed sumbit, to be then taken straight to the cooldown has been activated screen
And having searched "cooldown" on the main page it appears the exact same thing has happened to others

Your cooldown could have been triggered by your previous session
That might explain why I got mine too.
I got a cooldown after waiting a minute before submitting a vote. My other previous vote, I forgot to submit.
Thus has happened to me twice over the course of a week.
