Additional information: Somebody puts up a bicycle with flowers there every few months, but that disappears quickly every time. Definitely not permanent and currently not available.

The following 2 wayspots have very bad photos taken at night. Since nothing can be seen from the area, I just took photos of the area as evidence. They don't exist anywhere in the city center.
