Network Error (2) or Pokestop submission failed (64) every time I try

Can anyone help me with what I'm doing wrong? I'm trying to submit a stop and it's been giving me on or the other of these two errors each time. My internet connection isn't terrific but it's definitely sufficient for play. Has anyone else had a similar issue or determined a fix?

Try turning down the photo quality to medium if you can, and take new photos. There was an issue like that in Ingress where Full resolution photos would not succeed in the upload.

I’ve had these issues when I’m trying to walk closer towards the object being nominated to take photos and when walking back if I’m on a different internet such as cellular to hotspot WiFi the submission has issues. Also had it happen on low data signal so I try to make sure I have at least two bars and don’t jump networks when nominating.
Glad to hear it worked. We should ping @NianticCasey-ING to let him know that Pokemon Go is suffering from a similar issue to what was addressed in the Ingress client a few months back.

Try lowering the resolution of the picture in the settings of your camera (there is no need to submit a 20 MPX picture).
Hi. After doing a couple of reviews today the review page started taking time to load, and after a while I get "Error" pooping up on my screen. Doesn't seem like a cooldown. I've tried refreshing the page and logging out and in.
Similar issue for me. If I refresh the page, I get the last review I submitted again. When I logged out and logged back in I got "Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties" on the handshake page.
Similar issue here as well. Fixes after refreshing the page a couple of times but still happens quite frequently.

Update - it seems to be working correctly two and a half hours later
okay now the same error is back 6 and a half hours after my last post
Time to load image has run out (65) It is the error that it
generates when I want to upload a proposal with internet data, but with wifi without any
problem. Any suggestion?

The submission is timing out because the images are taking too much time to be uploaded. Reduce the resolution of the image down to about 4MP.
