OK, so let me try this again:
Originally this portal was here:
I requested to have it moved, and it got moved here:
The murals here have specific names, and they start with Prehistoric California, followed by The La Brea Tar Pits, Chumash Village, Indigenous Plants, and then Chumash Animal Spirits, with Portola Expedition 1769 right after it.
Here are pictures that show the sequence of murals:
This portal in question is called GWLA: Chumash Animal Spirits (and it correctly shows appropriate mural), but it's located between The La Brea Tar Pits and Chumash Village murals. The mural is located between Portola Expedition 1769 mural (portal https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=34.173029,-118.413986):
...and Great Wall of Los Angeles 3 (portal https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=34.172793,-118.413963):
Please move the portal here:

We have reviewed the report and have taken action on the Wayspot and 1 Wayfinder in accordance with our policies. Thanks for helping us maintain the quality of the Wayspots.
May I know the reasoning behind this? OP was requesting for location edit over 10m and you mistakenly assume the report as invalif Wayspot report based of the rejection email (which he DON'T need to attach)?
If I remember correctly, for location edits over 10 m, we are supposed to report the portal as invalid, then submit the appeal with a screenshot after we get a reply. At least this was the procedure after they introduced the 10 m limit. Maybe something changed since then - I am bad at following Wayfarer news 😄 Is there a different procedure nowadays?
Well, you don't have to either report in-game first or attach any screenshot of rejection email to request location edits over 10m.
All you need are some solid evidences the Wayspot should be relocated into new location, that's including geotagged photos or photospheres of the Wayspot.
Well, I figured I've been doing location edits over 10 m wrong. That still doesn't explain why the portal hasn't been moved to proper location.
