New Portal doesn’t appear

Hey Guys it’s the second times this happens, I know about the cell system from Niantic Games.
Now this Stop got accepted, it is in a free cell, and far away from another stop but it doesn’t show up in Ingress, POGO, HP?!
It is not the First Time this Happens.
It is very frustrating when you invest so much time (rated 19000 nominations) and this happens.
I don’t know who I am contact to fix this bugs?

Can you confirm its not to close to an existing nomination? Without providing any details there wont be much help.
Niantic has changed the confimation email, so you wont recieve any "to close" mails anymore but instead get the accepted messages, even if its to close.

There are several other threads concerning this issue, and lots of other wayfarer affected too. Maybe you can also vote and comment here?
