Wayspot (Pokestop) disapears after location edit?

Hi, I've a question, and suggestion on how to proceed.
There is submission that was approved, and showed up nicely at Pokemon.
It's a BandStand, where people reunite to make serestas. It has 6m diameter size.
It is unique on it s17 cell.
But at Ingress it didn't appear, as it was within 19.5m of another portal. (Which wasn't at pokemon).
Until there ok.
I submitted a location update, moving it 1m. The point is still over the BandStand, correctly placed, but the wayspot disappeared from the map after 2 days of this submission. (From Pokemon, and Ingress).
The wayspot is "Coreto Seresteiros de Sousas"

Why would this happen?
If the location was updated, it should continue on Pokemon, and showup at Ingress.
if the location was not updated, it should continue only on Pokemon.
Was the wayspot deleted?
Should I just resubmit, or open a appeal thread?

Wayfarer is glitched at the moment. The wayspot should not have appeared at all due to the 20 metre rule, but for some reason wayspots that break this rule are showing up in Pokémon Go when accepted. The system then correctly identifies that they break the rule after a couple of days, and removes them as a result.
Or, if you resubmited it, it could have been marked as a duplicate of an existing Waypoint.

It makes total sense, and explain exactly what could happenned.
So, due to the Ingress Portal (which doesn't show at Pokemon as it is in the same s17 cell as another pokestop), this new wayspot should not appeared at pokemon at all... OK.
