No Spawn On New POI

This Area have a lot of New POI but the problem is no pokemon spawn on New POI and only Field Pokemon Spawn in this Area. Please help me to solve this problem.

The Affected POI is:

Anything about Pokemon spawn in-game is not Wayfarer related. Please contact the game support instead.

Usually takes a few nest migrations before pokemon start linking and spawning from pokestops, give it a couple of weeks
