Edits are not synching anymore to Pokemon Go

In the last days my wayspots edits have been accepted but the changes were applied only to ingress, they didn't synch to pokemon go even after 4-5 days. This includes both location and title/description edits so now I have the same wayspot with a different name between ingress an Pokemon Go.

I had the same issue happen but mine disappeared from Pokémon Go & Ingress They are also in different cells & are too far to matter as well
Yeah It happened to me too. Hope this is a bug and not another new "rule"
I submitted a title and description edit through Pokémon Go for a local wayspot on June 21st 2021. On July 30th at around 11pm BST, I got the email confirming that these edits were implemented, and indeed the edits went live in Ingress. Since then, there has been three daily syncs to Pokémon Go, but the edited title and description still have not shown up in Pokémon Go.
I've seen other reports of similar behaviour and it seems to have started around the time of Go Fest. I'm wondering if something happened around then that has had a knock on effect on the system. Any chance we can get this looked into, as this doesn't seem like intended Wayfarer behaviour @NianticGiffard @NianticGray @AnsonNIA-PGO?
My edits did sync to Wizards Unite today, but still haven't synced to Pokémon Go
Bumping this as it's now been a week since this edit should've gone live in Pokémon Go and it still hasn't. Would be nice to get an acknowledgement that there's an issue with this.
Upvoted the thread since I've been having the same problem lately. Several accepted edits, going back to some accepted on July 21st, have correctly synced into Ingress, but not in PoGo.
Upvoting for the same problem, but in reverse. I reported a portal as invalid in Ingress due to it being on School grounds, got the mail that it was acted upon. It was removed in PGO, but it is still live in Ingress after over a week.

Ingress and Wizards Unite correctly show the updated title "Harrogate Pythons RUFC - The Jim Saynor Ground" and description "The home pitch of Harrogate Pythons RUFC, a community rugby club founded in 1994. The ground is named after the late Jim Saynor, a member of the nearby Ripon Rugby Club who also had strong connections to the Harrogate Pythons team.".
Pokémon Go still does not show this updated information though.
Same here, I changed location of 2 pokestops (first one was accepted 12 days ago and 2nd one 2 days ago). Both have synced to Ingress, one of them was 6th pokestop in L14 cell after that change and it resulted in new gym indeed , but somehow both pokestops are still in the same place as before in Pokemon Go.

This is an example of one of the many edits that didn't synch, I fixed location and title but they are showing only in Ingress, Pokemon Go still has the old information after several days.

Same problem here. Edit got accepted 28th of July and have synced in Ingress but not in Pokemon Go.

Thanks for following up with the requested details! I have shared them with our Wayfarer team to look into it.
I would like to know and understand how new POI and edits, photos etc from the new Wayfarer database of POI are being drawn into the different games. I appreciate that the timing of the updates to each game may be very different but it would be useful to know as this is our visible output of a job well done.
@NianticGiffard are you able to confirm whether there still is an issue with new accepted POIs not appearing in Pokémon Go? I had a POI accepted over a week ago, which is in its own S17 cell but has not yet appeared in either Wizards Unite or PoGo?
I made a post explaining the issue a month ago. The pokestop still has the old name, while the portal on Ingress was updated.
Any news about this? Im accumulating more and more approved edits but they dont get updated in PGO 🙃
I echo title/description edits and location edits not syncing. Have 1 title/description edit and 3 relocations that have no synced. Also have 2 old relocations from during the maintenance downtime that still have not synced.
Also I've had new photos be hit-or-miss. 3 new photos on 3 different wayspots were all accepted recently - all came through in Ingress but only 2 came though in Go.
I have a wayspot that has been accepted since 08.08.2021 and does NOT appear in any game until today. It has its own cell and is far enough away from existing wayspots.
I can't understand exactly why it is so difficult to get the Pokestops/Portals to appear. Why do you bother to submit Wayspots? It's a little depressing.

I have the same problem with description and title edits. Over a week in both Ingress and Wizards Unite but not in Pokemon.

Same here. Titles and pictured are showing up in ingress but not in pokémon go, even though it was through pokémon go i edited them.

I was just reading a Reddit post where someone has this issue, I also have had several edits come through together recently after being in the system for months and none of the changes are showing up in Pokemon Go but were accepted and changed in Ingress. Do we have any update or communication on this?
I’ve had two edit suggestions accepted. They appear in Ingress but not Pokémon Go. It’s been almost 30 days for one of them.

Hi @NianticGiffard, is there any update on this issue? More than a month has passed since you said you were investigating it.
Why doesn't Niantic do a large synchronization with all games or do a complete maintenance with the server, maintenance rarely takes place. Maybe it is necessary again with the amount of complaints. Is a suggestion that should be considered!

It has been two months and I'm still having the same issue. My accepted edits are only applied on Ingress.
Here too... All my edits were accept and go through ingress and intel, but not in pokemonGo. Also one edit I did to a gym made it disappear from Ingress (no POI near and a dangerous zone due to thieves) and it still in Pokémon.
There seem to be major syncing issues. Things already accepted sometimes does not show up on the Intel map, or they are there at one time, then gone next time, meanwhile being there all the time in PoGo.
This makes it hard to see if my contributions to my bonus location actually matter. Plz fix this.
