Unfortunately new portal appeared third(!) time in same hazard place dispute on NIA desigion on my first appeal https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/18502/invalid-wayspot-appeal#latest

The text on plate (Испытательный стенд) just confirms it is spacecraft engine test bench and hazard place for players as detaily described in my first appeal.
I deeply regret some players have no respect to NIA desigion and continue portal submition on such dangerous place.
Please adjust portal network accordinately.

I don't even understand what was the criteria for the first removal in this case.
Apart from a lot of drama, there's nothing dangerous there, it's simply a gazebo for employees to rest. In the pictures people aren't even using helmets.
Yet another case of "I can't access this portal, so it shouldn't exist", and somehow Niantic bought it.

This gazebo is in a small park. But the park is on the grounds of the factory. But the park is safe.
In this thread we are not talking about the gazebo anymore, we are talking about the sign. The sign is far away from the gazebo, in a completely different area of the plant.
In the last thread, we gave evidence that no rocket fuel or other hazardous liquids are used there. The engine mechanisms are tested with regular kerosene.
Although kerosene is a flammable liquid, it is used everywhere and this should not be a reason to remove the portals.
Our opponents have exposed this plant as if it were very dangerous. But it isn't. It is a very ordinary factory. It's just that our opponents can't get in there, so they remove portals from this area on various pretexts.
But all of our arguments were ignored, and the portals were removed long before the NIA's decision in these disputes was announced.

Not only that, but our opponents also programmatically clip this forum to see exactly who is disliking the posts, and they don't hide it, they even brag about it.

This chat is public, you can find it yourself on Telegram and look it up, if they haven't deleted their messages by then.

Very much I ask to more carefully consider this case with the territory of the plant. I also ask to take into account the fact that the team of players who remove unprofitable to them portals, clearly uses extraneous software methods to view information about the actions of the players on the forums of the NIA, inaccessible to the community.
It is also suspected that these same people are using additional software techniques for other purposes as well. (For example, the obvious "likes" on our opponents' favorable portal photo, so that it would become the main photo in a very short period of time).
We have reviewed the report and have taken action on the Wayspot and the Wayfinder in accordance with our policies. While we are unable to discuss our actions in detail to protect the submitter’s privacy, they may include, but are not limited to, sending a warning message, placing restrictions on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO, or Ingress account, putting their account on probation, or placing a temporary or permanent suspension on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO or Ingress account.
