Wayspot showing in Pogo but not in Ingress

Hi All,
One of my nomination which has made it to be a Pokestop but it is not showing in Ingress and I did not receive portal key which is strange. In the past I had sync delay to show in Pokemon go but never in Ingress. Had acceptance email on 30th June. Added all the details of the location and acceptance email for investigation.
Can this be looked at why this is not showing in ingress?
