Valid portal submissions all rejected same time for same reason

Hi,
Yesterday I received the response for three portal submissions. These portals were all submitted on various dates but I got a response for all three at the exact same time via email. The reason they were rejected was abusing other players. It seems this was an automatic rejection from some kind of filter as there is nothing wrong with the portals. Two examples can be seen below.
It wasn't all my submissions just three at random submitted at various times. I still have 17 other submissions that are active. The lighthouse had been upgraded.
