You can choose "upgrade next" even though you already have a nomination marked for the next upgrade

Like you can see, I already have one nomination marked for the next upgrade. However, I can still mark every other nomination for it:
If you click on "upgrade next", you will get this error report:
Same for the phone:
Not a game-breaking bug but it should still get fixed.
