Bus Stand/Depot/Station Ineligble ?

I have a weird case going on here, when i submit a Bus Stand/Station its getting rejected. The reason are Hilarious as well, given the submission is reviewed by players in my country.
I submitted it twice and first it was rejected saying pitch black image ( the image was taken at noon during a sunny day), second time it was rejected saying its obstructing emergency and photo is tilted.

Above is the location, from the satellite view its obvious its a place where lot of Buses are parked. I was able to get a pic without people because of the covid, travelling was banned on public transport. Also there isnt any board or arch saying its a Bus Station, because generally people knows where it is without a board to highlight, also the map will have the tag as well, just like in my case.
Just a quick search of Wayspots with similar name gave me a lot of such Bus Stations with similar images and location in the map. So either all are invalid or all are valid, the alternate is reviewers are just rejecting randomly.
These are one of the few ones which i found in the first few seconds with doesnt have a name board , but the map shows its as a Transit Station, so the usual "Existence of wrong wayspots doest mean they should be valid in future" argument is kind of long shot. Bus terminals/transit stations are valid i assume, so either all should have a Board saying its a Bus Terminal or the satellite view and map is enough proof. I have resubmitted it again, lets see whats going to happen.

I really don’t see what you are nominating here. I see a pharmacy. A run down building. A parking lot. None of this is eligible. 1*.
As i said its a Bus Depot, that pic has a few buses parked in a row and the satellite image also shows it. I cant focus on buses because it will get rejected saying incorrect location. If you think this is ineligible, there are a lot of similar ones which arent focusing on a BUS as the wayspot image, check out those links.
Is it a bus stop, bus station or bus depot exactly? You've used pretty much all 3 terms, but it's not clear which it is. Regular bus stops are ineligible. A bus station is a central point in a town or city where all the buses depart from, and passengers are able to board buses at this point. Those are eligible as transport hubs, and will often have signs or info boards that will say "<Place Name> Bus Station" . A bus depot is where buses go at the end of the day to be refuelled and cleaned, and these aren't eligible.
Assuming it is a bus station you're trying to nominate, a picture of a sign or info board that states that it's a bus station would make for a good main picture. If it has neither of these things, you may struggle.
Yeah i agree with what you have said, its a bus transit station. Largely there wont be any board or sign saying its a Bus Station of a specific location as i pointed out in those examples. If the submission is received by people in my state, they should know it, but that me being optimistic. Clearly my nomination getting rejected with lot of rubbish reasons, if i try to report any of the wayspots i listed mentioning the same reason, that appeal will be rejected. Its a valid place where people come to board buses to different places, i guess i will have to resubmit it again and again :)
Totally sounds like a common bus stop, which Niantic has said is invalid.
Wayspot removal criteria are totally different from wayspot approval criteria. You can't compare them.
Something about these pictures doesnt seem to add up to me. You picture a building that really looks like no one takes care of it and has garage doors/ a pharmacy. Then the cross the road to board a bus from the station? Seems a little backwards to me.
Does anyone check the map or links before they comment on the picture for the wayspot. There are no boards for a bus transit station in majority of the places. The second image has a few rows of buses parked and the satellite image also shows a lot of buses parked with reviews and pictures in the map of that Bus Stand. If someone is just gonna approve disapprove based on pictures, i can just submit something random which looks valid and place it some where. The place and location has to match doesnt it. All the links i have shared are same kind of places where there is a Bus Station but there isnt a Big Board saying its that, its obvious from the map.
doesnt really look poi worthy.. if there is a bigger transit station then yes, but those smaller? i doubt it.
