Why is my Submission not there?

Hello Guys,

i know why my Submission isnt in Pokemon go, but why is it not in Ingress? The range to both nearest Portals is big enough.

They are doing a back end upgrade to Ingress, don't get your hopes up in seeing it for a few weeks minimum if its a recent acceptance
