Is there a way to report a person who is using Wayfarer to change portals over a personal dispute?

In game dispute which has spilled over to changing portals and has gone too far. Seems like there would be a way to keep someone from making changes when the changes are in poor spirit and done with malicious intent.

    You’re probably best reporting something like this via your Pokémon GO or Ingress app, as you’ll be able to send screenshots and such to the relevant teams, rather than spilling it further out into the forums.
