nomination rejected over claim that it is fake but location exists

I nominated a wayspot several weeks ago. I also upgraded the nomination. It is a small garden play area in our community. I got an email saying it is rejected due to "Nomination is fake and does not exist at the submitted location, The real-world location of the nomination appears to have explicit or inappropriate activity, Photo is low quality (e.g., pitch black/blurry photos or photos taken from a car)." I made sure it was a high quality photo taken from an angle which shows the whole area which is nominated. It is an avtual location and on google maps it's identifiable.

What should I do?

Can you show us the link to StreetView of the location & the photo you submitted?

If it is there but doesn’t appear on any maps you will often get this, even if you have identifying features in the background. Best to just nominate it again and create a photosphere for the area.

You kind of have to do some detective reasoning with the rejection reasons. Those reasons taken together seem to me that reviewers did not think your photo showed a play area where you pinned it.

The fake or does not exist could mean they either couldn't see it or didn't think it was actually a designated community play spot. Use the Google Street View app to place a photosphere if it just isn't showing as a play area. If it is showing but isn't clear that it is for community use, try to add a link to something that confirms this is an amenity for the community in the supporting information.

The rejection reason "Location Inappropriate" has the description "Use for Nominations whose real-world location appears to be explicit or inappropriate." So they didn't have to think anything naughty was going on there, just that it wasn't appropriate for a Wayspot.

The rejection reason "Low Quality Photo" can mean that reviewers did not see what you were nominating in the photo. Not just that the photo is a bad one.
