How can I avoid a certain wayfarer voter from voting on my stops

I have had many stops recently denied and I know it is unfairly denied by an ex who is a super voter and high rank for quality reviews. I realize most spots are voted on hundreds of times however our area is very rural and not many voters. I know in previous experiences he voted and within 20 minutes the stop was approved. Now everything is getting denied.

Simple answer: you can't.
Is not possible, if your nomination is correct, it's difficult to influence this community
You can't, but Nia said, that there will be the possibility to appeal rejections.
If someone is rejecting your nominations for personal reasons (or whatever the reason behind your question may be), you could mention your concerns there. The staff can then check, whether a person is systematically voting down your candidates, and maybe take actions against that wayfinder.
I do believe that your conclusion is wrong.
Yes, voters who have a 'Great' rating are supposed to have a bigger influence than those who are stuck in 'Poor', but as far as i know we don't know how big that 'bigger influence' is. But it sure isn't "if he/she votes accept it's an accept" neither the way around with rejects, it still needs x amount of "points" and it still needs a decent amount of other voters.
the "after 20 minutes" phrase, same thing. Let's say a waypoint needs 60 votes, I can vote on a waypoint and be the first to vote on it... but i can also be number 30, or even number 58 or number 60... The later that i'm in the row the faster the result will show, but that's not because of my superpowers ;-)
