Additional information: The fence was changed in spring of 2021 when the construction works were re-newed.

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
As per September 23rd the portal still exists.
We've made the necessary changes again.
