Title of the Wayspot: Centre De Tri
Location: https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=46.067199,6.087252&z=15&pll=46.067199,6.087252
City: Saint-Blaise (74350)
Country: FRANCE
Screenshot of the Rejection Email: I have no rejection email because there is no criteria matching this kind of invalid wayspot in the scanner report screen. But if really needed, I can make a false invalid report (I'd rather not).
Photos to support your claim: the wayspot photo (yes, it was accepted like that!)
Additional information: this location is just a trash zone. It's frequent in zone with scarce habitants where using trucks to go from house to house would be too long and polluting.
Example of the same thing:

Invalid Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made. Please report through the Ingress Prime app.
@NianticGiffard sure I can report it, but in what category?
It has pedestrian access, does not obstruct or interfere with emergency services, is not a private residential property, nor a school, it's not permanently removed from the location, and it's not a duplicate.
It's just something that should never has become a wayspot.
I'm gonna go with permanently removed, but I think some categories are missing.
@NianticGiffard now I have the rejection email
I'm wondering who reviewed that wayspot and thought it is acceptable on this generic location with the rotated picture? Not really doing a great job of reviewing I think.
@NianticGiffard is this appeal with the rejection email now valid to be examinate or do I need to redo an appeal with everything in the first post?
I can also find and post other locations with these kind of trash bins if needed for the examination.
No need to redo your appeal, @NianticGiffard will probably follow up later.
After the weekend of course.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. However, you can add a correct photo through in-game.
Mais c’est des poubelles 🙄 c’est nul
Hi, @NianticGiffard .
This is the region of Thorens-Glières, which has been integrated into Fillière.
Please visit

https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thorens-Gli%C3%A8res
Would you like to have a look at this web site?
https://www.ledauphine.com/haute-savoie/2017/05/28/dechets-un-nouveau-point-de-collecte-a-thorens-glieres
This is a 2017 article about a new Trash Area in front of a traditional cheese "Fruitière" production site.
URL of the original photo of this article:

That's exactly where the following Google Street View photo was taken.
https://goo.gl/maps/vasn6dEVL4NTau6d8
The Google Street View was taken in 2014, so it doesn't show the Trash Area yet.
However behind a slanted hedge and gateposts, is the same one.
We can identify this place because the two-storey mansion with the brown fence is the same one.
And the website of this Fruitière CHABERT is as follows
http://www.fruitieres-chabert.com/toutes-nos-fruitieres/la-fruitiere-de-thorens-glieres
It takes only 16 minutes by car from this place to the place where the "Example of the same thing" is located.

And here is the URL of the Wayspot in Google Street View

It takes only 7 minutes by car from Wayspot to Fruitière CHABERT.

From a news article on ledauphine.com and a Google Street View
The shape of the waste box in this area is identical.
Incidentally, we can also see on Google Street View a small waste box at the aforementioned Fruitière CHABER site.

This Wayspot "Centre De Tri" is just a "sorting centre".
Wikipedia
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centre_de_tri
Yes, it's just a sorting centre about trash.
I object to its continued existence as a Wayspot.
I believe that this object is a Wayspot that should be removed immediately, without the need to add a photo.
For your information, this is also a rubbish dump.

Title of the Wayspot:Sort your rubbish before you throw it away

I don't understand, however in this thread you say
"We took another look at the reported locations and did not find any abuse.".
Do you think that a simple rubbish dump is not a problem?
In France and in Japan, a rubbish dump(trash area) is just that, a rubbish dump, and its continued existence as a wayspot is a problem.
Do you think there is anyone out there who can cheerfully say, "Come on, my dear children, let's go to the dump for an adventure!
I don't think so.
It is a problem that they continue to exist as wayspots about trash area.
Salut! @dw235-ING .

Hi, dw235-ING
If it's possible, instead of sample photos
Do you have a detailed photo (with Geotag) and Google Street View of the object taken at this site?
If the photo is clean enough to see the board attached to the object, which may contain the rules on waste separation, we may have a better result.
@dw235-ING Merci de m'avoir répondu.
@dw235-ING If you wanna travel to add a photo to that wayspot it's up to you.
Giffard has already stated that there's no problem with the wayspot and so you shouldn't waste gasoline to take a photo because someone from the other side of the world that doesn't know anything about France tells you so.
The wayspot won't be removed (it doesn't meet any removal criteria) and although it should have been rejected while reviewing, now it will remain.
Hi @NianticGiffard, the deleted photo has rolled back to the wayspot, in Ingress at least.
@NianticGiffard can you please close this thread, too? Some unnecessary comments here onlt leads to another unnecessary drama.
