The whole trial "環潭道路" is under vehicle forbidden by the government during 6:30AM to 12:00 AM local time. No vehicles can drive though. Only pedestrian and bicycles can access.
More pictures is for the evidence that this trial is for people exercising, jogging, hiking, riding bicycles.
Translation: Cars or scooters pass is forbidden during 06:30~12:00

Frog shape is very cute and also significant, because here is the location where the scientist found the Taiwan's endemic species frog 諸羅樹蛙 (Zhangixalus arvalis). 諸羅 is the old name of Chiayi.
The wayspots including trail name and miles number, which meets the eligible criteria.
