Low quality nomination accepted
Recently, this portal appeared in game.
As visible from the photo, not only is the picture taken from a car, but also is blur and tilted. This is encouraging for both the submitter & reviewers to submit & vote in favour of low quality nominations, and discouraging for reviewers reviewing properly.

Invalid Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made. Please report through the Ingress Prime app.
Despite the concerns,
reported through the app.
No, that's confirmation email. You have to wait until you receive rejection email.
@NianticGiffard You're not telling the truth. YOU have removed many wayspots and "acted on the wayfarers" based only upon a post in these forums, without any previous rejection email.
Why some people is allowed to report whatever they want and others are dismissed?
Technically, the POI might be valid but the photo needs a refreshment.
Yeah, it's a terrible photo that shouldn't have been approved, but that's not the point.
The point is that there are other reports where @NianticGiffard has removed photos, wayspots, acted on wayfarers based only upon a report in this forum, so saying
It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
is a big lie.
@ZKnowN-ING the PoI seems to be the gate of a university campus, and as such, it seems eligible to me. In my opinion the best course of action would be to take a better photo and add it to the PoI, and simply ask for the removal of the invalid photo.
Just posted it for them to know that it has been reported.
I know that this is an option, but PoI shouldn't have been approved in the first place based on the photo quality. This is a disagreement for those that rejected it based on the reviewing criteria.
Sure, but the disagreements/agreements have already been processed, you can't change it now. However, the PoI is eligible, so removing it just because the photo is bad would be a waste. Taking a better photo and removing the bad one would be much better for everyone in my opinion.
I posted this in general discussion, the post was moved here.
