If the portal is in a private owership island, how can be trespassed to do the request???? The portal was made by a already banned player (2or3 times) and conquered by another spoofer. niantic must remove them as he did for other fake portals on the island or spoofer will always choose unreachable places to request new ones.

Giffard, you know that that statement isn't true. You've removed many portals only based on a report in these forums. Why do you reject some of them and accept other removal requests?
Start by banning spoofers

For me is a shame that those people are free to do whatever they want especially the horde of players from pokemon go
@NianticGiffard can niantic garantee a fair play? If not instead of warn me i will unistall myself the app instead of losing time to write, create graphics (i won the fs media contest) , loose money on gasoline, while spoofers do whatever they want?
