Why did you refused a recent request about a wayspot?

Recently i have requested a new wayspot called "Tributo alla Antica Fioraia" but the system's got classified like duplicate of another near there. It's not the same statue they are differents. The second wayspot from me required is on the same street of the Wayspot called "Tributo alla Contadina del Grano
". Please check again beacause they're not a duplicate.

@R4YV3ll-PGO Use the 'Supporting statement' field to tell the reviewers that this is not a duplicate and maybe direct them toward an external source so they can verify it themselves.
Also, keep in mind that PoGo does not show as much POI's as some other games. If you give us coordinates, I'm sure I or somebody here can check that for you.
In any case, your only option is to re-submit the nomination. If it does not sit on the fence of a private house, it should be a fine POI.

I have submited the portal nominating four times before posting this appeal... Always rejected as invalid appeal. I want to submit this post beacause they're refused as duplicate and it's not the same statue... Again. Check your servers
If it is part of the same gate, then technically, it is a duplicate.
It's inside a free gate. It's not part of the same gate.
