Hi
I submitted 3 times this location as a wayspot.
It's the HQ of the Education of the region, in france it depends directly from the Minister of the Education. It's a governmental building, open to public 5/7d.
Always refused with these excuses :
It is in a school/kindergarden ; located to a place not safe or secured (firemen, hospital...) ; it is in a private property/in a farm (in the middle of the biggest city of the area... of course !)

Wayspot has to be a History or a cultural places. It could be possible if it's a very interesting place where you could go.
What is the point to create a wayspot on a building dedicated to work's people where you can barely visit ?
It's like some other gouvernment buildings open to public and already accepted, way better than a photoshoped Goldorak.
But this is not the place for rejected submissions.
you can visit it. There are many expositions of students and class.
Other criter of validation is "place to explore, cultural".
Si l'inspection académique et la maison des étudiants à côté sont passées, pas de raison que le rectorat soit refusé au motif d'etre un hosto ou une crèche !
If you don't add any usefull informations for the case, you can avoid answer next time ;)
If it's a place where exposition can be found, try adding an argument in this way next time ? :) Maybe it helps ?
